Is there anywhere on the partner hub that says who looks for sick time coverage. I’m pretty sure it’s the manager but I can’t find it anywhere.

Sudden onset it is the ssv on duty (unless SM is the key holder that day and it’s them). It’s best to call the store and speak to who is on duty.
