Our store’s been straight up just “I’m sorry sir/ma’am but you need a mask to come inside” the second they step through the doors (so they can still leave to go get it) and haven’t had any boomer tantrums with it yet

I know this won’t translate to cafe only stores but we always just tell anyone who refuses that we’d be more than happy to help them in the drive through. I’ve only had like two people outright refuse though.
