New barista cleaning the draft lines, Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to do it correctly? I’m closing by myself tonight. I work at a Starbucks in a grocery store. (i.redd.it)

Yea! It’s hard to explain but you’ll want to take the lid, turn it sideways, slide it in so the rubber gasket is against the canister, and it’s facing the way you have it in that picture. Then just push the handle down so it tightens. If that makes sense?

After the lid seals make sure you flip the keg upside down to make sure it is on properly and there are no leaks. It's important when you hook it up to the gas.

Unplug the gray side first right?

I got you!! I think I’m the only one in my store that does it or even knows how. You’ll need an empty keg, the cleaner packet it tells you needs, and some kind of tubing to run it into the drains. Then just follow the directions! Basically it’ll have you fill up the keg with warm water and the cleaner, then hook up that cleaning keg, and then it does its cleaning magic! Just follow the instructions that the screen prompts you with!

Do you know how to put the metal lid on the canister correctly? I have no idea how to put it on

put the lid into the keg and rotate to where the long and short sides will fit. try and get the gasket 5(the black thing) to be completely under the rim of the keg opening. pull up as hard as you can, and push the handle down to complete the airtight seal. to test, pick up the keg and tip upside-down over a sink. if it leaks, readjust. if it doesn’t, you’re good to go!!!

Never have the gas on without the liquid on. So take gas off first then liquid. When ur putting back on it goes liquid first then gas
