had to go on self-isolation pay 3 weeks ago, came back to work on sunday and now have to go on self-isolation pay AGAIN and use my own sick pay for something i clearly cant control?? absolutely ridiculous

i really dont mind being on self-isolation pay if i have to but what sucks is that now i either go paycheck-less or use my sick time just so i can pay my bills?? im not the one whos sick why do i need to use my sick time!!!

Bruh youre getting paid?? We have covid cases in our area and apparently they arent getting paid leave, I thought they just changed the rule

I would definitely check with r/unemployment, but I believe if you forego using your vacation and sick time, you’d be elligible to file for unemployment, even if it’s for 2 weeks.
