I’m not well versed in what we’re supposed to be doing but my SM is pissing me off saying to “figure it out” when it’s two ppl for my whole shift and that’s how it’s supposed to be from now on. I didn’t leave a target Starbucks just to be treated the same at a corporate store. I am only one person and if you want me to be alone on floor that’s bs I’m only a barista nothing more and I feel like that’s a safety risk as well. Fuck my SM man

This is completely unacceptable. With new policies the person on drive thru should NOT even be touching equipment.... Running the floor alone isnt even allowed anymore. I would contact PCC and let them know that this is happening.

Even before COVID, you should never be the only employee in the store. That lunch should have been scheduled and taken before the third person left. Agreed, you should contact PCC

I mean, this is all of us now and it sucks? At least my shift was in the store in case I needed them. I'm so sorry. I hope this ends soon :/

As far as I know, this is a serious violation, especially on the SSV’s part. If you’re the only keyholder in the store, you are not to leave under any circumstances. And that whole 2 people for a closing shift? I’m sorry to say but my SM has done that to me a bunch of times. Some SMs are just horrible people.

That SSV broke a safety and security policy. If there are only 2 people at the store and one needs to take a lunch, that person cannot leave the store. They have to take their lunch inside the store in case something happens. Report it to your SM.

Weekends in my store are the same. Just myself and a SSV. To be honest, though, we should be closed because we get less than 30 people the whole day.. super empty. 🤷🏻♀️
