Oh boy. Sounds like you got thrown in with little training. Hope you can get some guidance!

You should have an IMS binder/papers in your store. If not, that’s okay. What I recommend is going through and looking at how much of certain things you have (white mocha/vanilla/caramel/frap chips/cups&lids/milks/etc). Once you analyze that, think “do we need more or can this last us two days?”.

You can also determine this by looking when you’re placing the order. There are going to be columns with the names of the products, number of items on hand, number of items on the order (that are going to be coming in), etc. and you can find what’s been ordered on there.

Remember: one iffy order is not going to cost you your job, and shit happens. The other day my SM accidentally ordered 12 cases of cookie dough cake pops instead of 1 LOL.

Edit: to start an order, log on to the partner hub. Then hit Inventory management system on the left hand side. There should be a screen that pops up with all the orders needing to be completed (my store openers only complete the Penske and Flying Foods Group orders). You can click either one and start ordering away! :)
