undertow is classic! 1 or 2 pumps of vanilla (or other syrup) swirled with a half inch or so of breve, then layer 2 (or more!) shots of espresso on top using a bar spoon (place the spoon face down resting in the cream, and pour the shots gently down the back). delicious way to get a few shots down quickly!

also, some of my coworkers like doing a lemonade with passion tea on top! it layers really prettily ♥️♥️

Grande lemonade shaken with two pumps of pineapple ginger, put into the cup and then pour guava on top! I call it the Haribo since it tastes exactly like gummy bears, and it layers very nicely like a tequila sunrise 😎👍🏻

Similar to a different drink in the comments but it's basically Neapolitan ice cream. Make a solid vanilla based creme frap (do what you will to achieve it, vanilla bean, sweet cream, etc). Pour one third in, put strawberry puree inside, mix. One third more, then with what's left in the blender ad mix of milk chocolate and mocha, then top it off! Used to do this with milkshakes at my old job at a boba place. Tasty!
