I hate that happy hours are going to be more frequent. Not only is it not safe but my store in particular actually loses more business and dollars than if we didn’t have them.

I hate the corporate bullshit. I’m use to corporate bullshit but the fact that Starbucks tried to make it seem like they are above it was frustrating.

I hate that the word “transparency” was used a lot but nothing was ever clear

I hate that when I was honest and vulnerable it was used against me

I hate that none of the good was recognized and only th negatives were focused on

I hate the fact that so many SMs out there are awful at there jobs but they are still employed when I was pressured to quit or step down as a ASM

I hate the customers that think they walk on water and we live to serve them
