You can document this with the PCC. Probably nothing will happen this time, but you need to start building history of this behavior being displayed. If it continues, you need written documentation on your side

your manager can’t dictate what you do or don’t do in your time off the clock and out of the store so to make a comment like that was really uncalled for, like obviously people should be taking steps for social distancing and keeping safe, but it’s not their business what you do outside of work, nor is it relevant how you might have come in contact. even making necessary trips to places (grocery shopping, etc.) can put you at risk, it sounds like they were just being dicks, i’m so sorry :(
