This happens to my store all the time. There was a day where we had no grande or venti cups, so we told them we could do a grande/venti in a Trenta cup and they drove off

That does not make a venti. Tall iced= 12 oz, venti iced= 26oz. 12oz×2= 24oz, not 26. People should at least get what they paid for

Just pointing out why that isn't a good option. Had to explain it before to multiple people (some partners don't think it through all the way), but please, go off. Have a tantrum cuz I'm trying to be helpful. Grande and a tall would be better. Also, second grade knowledge that you didn't demonstrate in your comment, my bad. Enjoy your day 😂
