so this is what happened to cause all this.

basically at my location we kept getting calls (four consecutively) where this girl would sound very nervous and scared and kept asking if it was our store location, which it was, and you could clearly hear a man yelling in the background. it is to be noted that she changed the subject each time we asked if she was okay. the call that it was coming from was coming from that truck that was in our drive thru off to the side lane that you would use to pass cars to exit and the girl would hang up. each time she would call she would ask the location and stated that they could see us through our window, apologizing that her brother was on the line (there was no brother). my store manager got concerned about the truck and went outside to look and when they did they heard what sounded like a camera shutter as the truck peeled out of our parking lot and sped off. we called the police because we werent sure what to do and they said they would track the number but no number came up in our store phone that was abnormal, probably a disposable. the police told us they did not think it was a prank and left. after we left they kept getting calls to the store that were weirder and weirder like somebody just breathing into the phone and then just straight hang ups. we had to route all of our calls to corporate after that. we believe it was a kidnapping but i think they may try to be taking somebody from our store because all the photos that were taken were of our female baristas. im very shaken up and advise everybody to be careful.
