I have seen managers fill out sheets in a binder. Is this about kpi or metrics they keep track. Can someone post sample page of what the managers fill out for the metrics or sheets.

What kind of a binder? Are you in training to be an ASM or an SM? Even so, posting that kind of stuffs on here is against this sub’s rules as they are internal documents.

I understand. I only want to know what kpi or metrics they track so that I can implement in my business. Ignore if this is not allowed.

Why don’t you ask your SM directly? They might even show you.

Could be lots of things. Many SMs keep binders for things like inventory, training, personnel records, business metrics, health code documentation etc.

If you're a supervisor you have access to some of them on IMS, just go to food management and then analytics. I've seen some SMs print these out. On the store ipad you have access to some info comparing todays sales to the same day last year, just open the mydaily app.
The SM has more detailed analytics, next time you see your SM just ask.
