We have just reopened cafe for grab n go last week and masks were required (then not...now are again...siggghh) and had one lady get upset we weren't open of inside ordering at that time to begin with. Then proceed to uncover and arrange a seat and table on our patio to sit at while we got her mobile order ready since we wouldn't let her come inside with no mask. Mind you no seating inside either....when the shift went out to see if her order could have come in under any other name since "Smith" **not real name** wasn't coming up she cursed them out and called us "chair Nazis" and how stupid we must be to not find her order when "how many could there be in Mobile right now!?!?" (Answer 20+ at7a on a weekend)
Order was under "Mary" ***also not real name*** instead of Smith....she ended up kicking the furniture as she was leaving as well as the our front door and patio fencing, because she refused to wear a mask and didn't believe her order shows her first name not incredibly common last name. Best part, she had a mask in her purse hanging out of a pocket!

I hate when customers are so rude!! Once I had customer come in and yell at a minor on the floor and tell this 17yr old kid "f you and that this was the f-ing worst SBUX he had been to" because he wanted his pumpkin bread "warmed" not "hot".... Then he refused to let us "correct" the problem and just left :)

We had a guy at my store who got so mad at my SM for asking him politely to please put the mask he already had around his neck, onto his face that he cursed her out and then stomped across our store to our “exit door” and slammed it so hard (after apparently yelling “you damn liberals”) that he broke it and we had to have it fixed.

I am at my wits end with these jackasses.

Generally people aren’t that upset about it, but when they are, they’re a bit overload 😂
