Are any other stores being forced to open bathrooms? We were told by our DM to just open the bathrooms for the public because of a customer throwing a temper tantrum over not being able to use them. The same day we had to open our bathrooms, they installed the bar dividers. I don’t understand why they’re taking away the only protection we had from the customers but enforcing fucking obstacle courses to “protect” us on the floor.

our bathrooms opened the same day our cafe opened (yes our cafe is even open while we’re in a red zone for covid), and ever since I literally have to try my best to avoid using the bathroom at work because I’m too uncomfortable with people who aren’t already wearing masks go in to use it

The bathrooms in my store also reopened when we opened cafe and I’ve noticed SO many people that come in just to use them because the restaurants around don’t have theirs open. I try to not use them at all because I’m not even sure if other partners are cleaning them/cleaning them correctly.

Just make one bathroom for employees only and the other one for customers.

They opened up our bathrooms and we don’t have any seating. I mention how unsafe it is for us every time I work.
