Hi there fellow baristas!
I pose a rather interesting question. So my sister we just found out today is getting tested for the virus. While I wasn’t exposed to her, my parents were. Should I call off work until the results come in or what other options do I have? Thanks for any help or advice you can give!

I would double check with your SM but I think the official policy is that you have to come into direct contact with someone who’s tested positive or showing symptoms of COVID-19.
If they’re not showing symptoms or it was a “third party,” ie, your parents, then you’d probably still have to work.
Again it all really depends on how your SM/DM wanna handle things, but I flat out got told I had to come into work (due to a third-party contact - my roommate came in contact with someone who had COVID-19) unless they or myself show symptoms or test positive.
