For a 12 ounce drink (tall) in order:
2 pumps of vanilla syrup, 8 ounces of milk, ice (maybe 1/2 cup), a shot of expresso, caramel drizzle on top.
For a 16 ounce drink (grande):
3 pumps vanilla, 12 ish ounces of milk, ice, 2 shots, caramel drizzle
I’m just not entirely sure about the exact number of ounces of milk because we use lines on the cup to measure.

You could buy yourself one of those plastic reusable cups on line or in a store they have the measurement lines we use. The caramel is pretty generic and I feel like any caramel topping would due. When it comes to the syrups you can also buy those on line but I’m not totally sure.

At least in the us, in my district, you can buy the bottles of syrup in the Starbucks (I would call in advance to make sure the specific store you want can spare the bottle) and even some grocery stores will sell like the vanilla and caramel syrups. But you can’t buy them online through starbucks anymore. You could probably call a Starbucks you can go to and ask if they can sell the syrup bottles and they can help you out there.
The caramel sauce is thicker than most I’ve found in grocery stores. Making a caramel sauce at home might be better (and taste a lot better than the Starbucks caramel as well).
As for espresso, there’s a whole lot of ways you can make it. But if you don’t have a coffee maker that can make espresso easily, you can use instant coffee, though it might not taste super good.
