so I just finished my partial happy hour shift a few hours ago which was annoying obviously, but I’m not even annoyed by the billion frappuccinos. Today my beef was with the Karen’s with the iced coffees. Coming up to me while I’m on bar with 30+ drinks saying, “I ordered like 5 minutes ago, and it was only an iced coffee; how hard is it to make an iced coffee? why isn’t it ready yet?” Do customers think the drinks print out from easiest to hardest???

Surprise! It's behind 27 frapps, 7 trenta GTL's which I'm brewing more tea for, 6 blended SAR's with extra strawberry pieces and puree, and 3 pikes.
Oh you didn't see the crowd around the kiosk? I'm guessing you didnt notice you waited in a 20 minute line either?

My store had two people like this the other day! We were super busy at drive thru so had one barista busting out those drink & another busting out cafe/mobiles & these two women would not stop coming close to the counter asking if their drinks were being made 🙄🤦🏻♀️ like calm down karen you’ll get your order when it’s ready!
