Our district is no dating in the same store, period. Even barista / barista are supposed to get separated, but they tend to be allowed to stay in the same store if they don’t work on the same shift (aka an opener can date a closer). If you’re a key holder, you’re not allowed to date anyone in the same store, even another key holder.

Apparently we’ve had a lot of drama in our district over the years.

I know barista/barista relationships are okay, our SM didn’t mind when they started dating, but I do know a barista/shift relationship is not at all okay, one of them would need to transfer or quit if the SM found out

If you hold the same position, then dating is ok and you can stay at the same store (unless you create drama). SSV dating a barista is ok, BUT one of them would have to transfer to a different store.
