Pretty sure you don't isolate on tertiary contact. Also if your sibling was only around the other person before they were symptomatic then they may not even isolate. As we learn more we find it doesn't transmit until 72 hours before symptoms begin, and even then it doesn't transmit well. I wouldn't freak out too much. Tell you sm just in case your sister tests positive so they can have a "worst case scenario" plan.

As a side note, you and your sibling should go get tested. It's free and very worth the peace of mind.

Tell your manager and get tested. If your store closes then everyone will still get paid for two weeks.

You don't have a technical obligation I don't think but my God if you can, isolate! You could potentially be saving people's lives! Asymptomatic doesn't mean you don't have it! I'd be personally thankful if I were your coworker. I'm immunocompromised but I can't afford to stop working because I'm basically the sole income of my family RN. Even still if the store closes and I'm out of work I'd prefer it over getting sick and dying. No job is worth direct exposure to someone with the virus.

tell your manager. you shouldn’t be going to work if you were around someone who has been exposed to covid

I’d personally say you’re fine and shouldn’t worry about it
