I think it depends on your state’s ordinances. Corporate seems to have delegated quarantine procedure to the regional & district managers, as some states are more high risk than others right now.
I’m in IL and some partners had to cancel trips to Texas, Florida, etc., because our governor had recommended a two-week quarantine upon return.
