So what if we’re busy and there are customers inside needing their order taken who ARE wearing a mask? Or if there are three people outside with no mask and three inside with masks? Sorry I don’t mean to sound rude but that logic just doesn’t make sense to me. This company is way too focused on trying to please customers than respecting partners and realizing that these rules are just making our work ten times harder. Especially when stores like mine are already short staffed as it is 🙄

Same at my store! I’ve refused service inside for many people and told them their options were drive without a mask. For people with medical conditions I’ve also offered an option to mobile order and then they can give us a quick call from curbside or a wave from outside the door and someone will bring the drinks to them. I have a zero tolerance policy and it’s sadly mostly regulars giving me a hard time but I’m not willing to sacrifice my, my teams, or my customers safety for something as silly as coffee
