Short rant (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Mitch_Wallberg
Yesterday I had a customer in DT say that he didn't know what a drink was called and asked for my help figuring out what it was. He said it was a tea with a pink color. I mentioned it could be the Passion Tango™, but that there were other possibilities that weren't technically teas. Guava Passionfruit, Pink Drink, or really any of the current refresher-combinations. He said it was probably the Passion Tango™. Then at the window and not a second before, he remembers that it also had floating fruit pieces. So we made a strawberry açai on the fly and let him try both. He drove away before telling us if either seemed right.

Anyway, moral of the rant: Siren, don't you dare make any more pink/violet/red/purple drinks. And that doesn't mean outsource new drink creation to Tik Tok, either. Just use the rest of the visible color spectrum.

I always politely let customers know that the refreshers contain no tea
