Who’s the main trainer? I’m kinda expecting a favoritism at play? Do you work morning shifts? I notice that managers tend to give training to people who work morning/mid shifts.

I guess he would be the main trainer now. I was supposed to be. My schedule is completely open, I open and close. It could be favoritism, she totally babies him and let’s him get away with a lot

Yeah, unfortunately then it’s favoritism. There are very few revenues to even earn extra at Starbucks and SMs will go out of their ways to save them for their favorites. I’m sorry dude.

It’s okay. The sm and all of the shift supervisors want me to be the next shift so maybe I’ll get that instead lol
