TLDR; just because someone's a supervisor at a corporate store doesn't mean they are at a Tarbucks.

okay bare with me it's a long one:

so i started at a Tarbucks about a month ago and i absolutely love it. ik it's different than a corporate starbucks but the people and my managers are so sweet. well some of them... a woman who used to work at the Tarbucks (is currently a supervisor for a corporate) decided to come back to Tarbucks because her store cut her hours. mind you she's a supervisor... (red flag?!). she's been so condescending and rude to me and every other barista since she stepped through the door. i understand that Tarbucks may not be up to exact standards as starbucks but i just don't understand why she's so critical of me, even if i do what she tells me is 'right'..

today, me and this other girl were closing. the supervisor is just so rude to customers and is so bland and short with them, so as a result, the customer was rude to the barista as she handed off the drink. the supervisor will just stand around when the entire bar is a mess and there's so much cleaning needed to be done. she'll go in the back and just stand there on her phone for minutes at a time when it's very busy. later into the shift, apparently she washed down the syrups, but i didn't think she did bc they were still very sticky and she comes outta nowhere and yells at me that she already did them???? so i just put them back and continue to close. i then dump out 4 pitchers of iced coffee and leave 2 TRENTA cups 45 minutes before close. she asks if i dumped the 4 and i say yes and she has the AUDACITY to laugh, so i ask her 'what??'. she goes 'that won't be enough to last until close.' mind you it's 8:15pm. that just really set me off and irked me like none other. i don't know how to approach her and tell her to basically back off of me and my other coworkers...
