Option 1: Be flirty and rake in those tips.
Option 2: Grant them a polite smile whilst maintaining a respected level of professionalism.
Option 3: Start sobbing violently.

Have the SSV or SM have a talk with them “Excuse me, the comments that you make have a tendency to make my fellow partners and customers feel uncomfortable. We please ask yourself to refrain from doing so because it is negatively impacting our ‘third place environment.’ If you can not do so we have to kindly ask you to leave.”

You’re definitely allowed to stand up for yourself. You are well within your rights to say, “Please don’t call me sweetheart, my name is coffeeloverjoy,” or, “I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t talk to me like that.” I obviously don’t know exactly what they said, but ask long you’re not like, “Hey dickwad, here’s how it works,” you should be okay.
If it continues, you grab your supervisor, and you file an incident report. If it’s a regular, you ask your manager to speak to them about their behavior. File an incident each and every time.

File an incident report anytime you feel uncomfortable. Talk to your shift and let them deal with the situation.
