I transferred to a new store because my manager asked me to— hours were being reduced and this new store has lots of need for new baristas because half their staff were college kids who went home because of Covid. I kind of went under the assumption that I’d be getting at LEAST 25 hrs/week (my standard before Covid was 30-35). but next week I’m only scheduled for 15 hours, whereas at my old store people are getting MORE hours than they used to. what do I do in this situation??
