“I’m sorry sir, on our plane of reality the math doesn’t work out on this one.”

I think its fun, its like a riddle. Im interested what everyone else will do but ill take a stab at it. So uncut CB if you have it to the bottom of trente line, transfer over to venti cub(should be to the second line) 5shots on top. A tiny bit of ice not gunna be enough for the drink to be cold but whatever, cold foam on top and MR on top followed by cinn top, nitro lid bam. Next drink.

Ah see, I would have put the shots on the bottom of the trenta, then cold brew, transfer to venti cup, ice, foam, drizzle, powder.

Edit: Venti. Dang autocorrect
finzablazin 8 points 3y ago
I would’ve been as inconvenient as possible and given cold brew with cold foam in a trenta cup and everything else in a separate venti cup
ShadowGrebacier 5 points 3y ago
Oh! Oh! Lemme try!

Pour coldbrew from the tap to just under the second line for trenta, transfer to venti, five shots, ice it to about a 1/4 inch under the rim, cold foam, then the drizz and topping.

Why uncut CB?
sandycat555 3 points 3y ago
Only way to make 10 gallons of cold brew fit in a 5 gallon cup
MrBeetSoda 1 points 3y ago
Sorry king didnt see your reply. Well they’re clearly going for caffeine, also when you tell customers they get uncut the customer feels honestly like they’re getting away with it. If your in one of the more corporate focused stores you might not even have uncut. The nitro tap is fine, its just cut with alot water which is no fun really. Make a friend, tell them you gave them uncut, they just might be happy to see you the next time. 😃

We’ve been getting a bunch of trentas in a venti cup lately, mainly delivery orders! It’s so odd.

Thank you 🥰

I would just do it in a trenta cup and let the customer know that I assumed it was just a mistake because it makes no sense. Make them feel like a dumbass without saying anything technically wrong.

Had a guy ask for a grande Americano in a tall cup. Looked at ME like I was an idiot because I couldn't comprehend what be wanted.

Like dude, you mean a tall with an extra shot? He was pissed that I said that to him.
Kaywin 2 points 3y ago
I had a similar one. I had a guy who wanted a grande caramel ribbon crunch with extra whip, 3 added shots of espresso blended in, and somehow he also wanted us “not to waste any of the liquid.” In an attempt to do right by him, I put it in a Venti cup. Big mistake. Apparently the fact that it was in a venti cup had him worried it “was gonna be all watery?” Dude, that’s not the Venti cup, that’s your three shots of hot espresso melting all the ice.

When I heard the order come in my first reaction was to repeat it back to my DTO, stare at them, and say “...Is he aware of how physics works?”

........what
Emroseyyy88 2 points 3y ago
We have a customer at our store that does the same thing every time. Even after we’ve told him how to properly order, many times.
GaggleGuy 2 points 3y ago
The obvious answer is to pour the rest of the drink onto the counter in front of the customer.
JonFawkes3 2 points 3y ago
I think it’s just a “venti” with extra light ice
