They haven't been roasted long enough 😂 no but for real, the darker the bean, the longer it's been roasted. So calling someone new and inexperienced a green bean is pretty clever bc they haven't been there long

Their vacations don’t roll over past the year, so they have to use their time before October or so.
It’ll be harder for SM to take a vacation when staff availability becomes more limited in the fall (Uni kids go back to school), there’s a new PPK, and they are worried about meeting targets before the fiscal year ends.

Yeah it happened a little over a week ago. It sucked because I wasn't even able to clean half of it. The bar 2 person got behind since she's learning so they made her clean it up and made me bar and I felt horrible. :/

I had a rd/dm meeting right before the winter ppk came out last year and that’s when I knew I’m going after my dm’s job and being better than them. It was the WORST shift of my/my baristas lives and we all ended up in the back crying after they belittled and micromanaged everyone WHILE standing in the middle of our already small floor.
