They get paid less than target.

Got hazard pay for a while, it ended. Just over minimum wage.

Less here. I live in the city and work at a Target Starbucks. We make 15/hourly. Actual stores make 11-12/hourly. I thought about transferring too until I heard that… Target Starbucks is personally nicer from what I heard from coworkers too. I have two that used to work at an actual store. It’s usually busier, more things to make/do and there’s a different setup for less pay. Also heard nightmare stories about how Starbucks managers have changed schedules last minute. They can’t do that at the Target Starbucks I work at. Once it’s set in stone, it’s set. They can’t change it unless you switch shifts and get it manager approved.

I thought about it before, too. Target isn’t like, a saint, but, it seems better than a regular Starbucks in my opinion. I think actual Starbucks have more benefits though, like that one college program. And since you have more people coming in = more tips.

i was getting paid $12 an hour in miami (at my first store), then i transferred to a store in central florida & my pay bumped down to $9 an hour ): minimum wage here is $8.46 an hour.

Depends on where you work, I believe all target Starbucks have $15 minimum for the baristas and then regular Starbucks go slightly over the minimum wage in the area, like a barista in LA makes around $16 but a barista in Santa Barbara makes $13.50

Corporate baristas usually get paid just over minimum wage. Pay is lower than Target, but you get all of the benefits corporate offers, which is a lot

In my area minimum wage is $7.25/hr and we get paid $9.50/hr
