today this woman tried ordering a frappuccino with no milk. after the confusion she then states that she just needs something decaf, so she then tried ordering a “decaf” cold brew with the cinnamon almond milk foam. well that’s not possible. ended up just making her decaf espresso with ice and with the cinnamon almond cold foam on top. man... she was just so confused at everything lmao. but she loved the drink in the end. just thought it was funny

Probably a promotion from the app, "*order any Mocha*". We see that every now and then where people modify the drink to whatever they normally get.

Someone did a similar thing to me the other day. She wanted Iced peach black tea with no black tea and green tea instead. “So you want a iced peach green tea?” She was insistent on what she wanted, no reasoning could persuade her lol

Or not blended. That's been a trend in my area lately. Do they *know* what Frap roast tastes like if it's not mixed in??

had someone argue with my shift on today while trying to order a coffee frap add whip with 1.5 pumps mocha, we tried to explain to her that she was ordering a mocha frap with less pumps, and after a couple minutes back and forth and saying “i order this all the time no one has ever asked me these questions i know what i’m ordering” she got so offended she left the drive thru
