Hi, 276**** here. been w starbucks a year now, and i’m starting to question my store. My SM just came back from 2 weeks vacation (at home) and refuses to work 20 hours a week (always 15-19, never coverage). She came back today, hopped on POS, and told me that i was CS/Warming. thursday is our busiest, we get a mobile order for 17 drinks + 5 DSBs, every thursday. CS+Warming is hard enough, let alone on our busiest day. SM standing at POS. we get through the rush, and then she complains that food isnt done while bar is complaining they dont have any more backups because the baristas from the night before didnt make any cold brew, backups, etc. so i slide to CS. SM then asks me to do drains. i do them, then IMMEDIATELY after, floors. I have done floors 4 days in a row (save for my cake day - 2 days ago). Drains haven’t been done in a month. hiw do i stay calm and composed when the shift is taken over by her (not a KH for our shift, btw), and she gives me attitude?? and stands on pos all day???? help. please.

((already looking to transfer, but its at least 2 weeks out))

If you are transferring, you can always report her to regional or upper management. It's up to you, but it doesn't sound like talking to her is going to help.
