We have the Mastrena II, we empty the hoppers and it goes into a deep sleep mode i think?

Yes! The first thing we do when we come in the store is to turn them on, because it can take a few minutes.

It would make sense to do turn them off but my closers never do and it frustrates me to no end

Idk which mastrenas you have but I think I read somewhere that you’re never supposed to turn the 2s all the way off, just put them in deep sleep at night
