Usually there’s only a DTO during peak and then after that DT is a one person role. My store also only has someone on warming until a little after peak as well. In the evenings it’s usually one person doing like 4 roles since it’s less busy and there’s more to get done in the store.

Depends what shift you're working, in the afternoons/evenings, this is standard, but not during peak.
Eventually you'll be soloing DT+bar to cover someone's break, that's when the real fun starts.

Yes, and its pretty common. You're likely put there because you're strong enough to solo that position. ❤️

I run my shift this way, but I assign warming to front since we have a super slow lobby the rest of the day. That being said, I always tell my baristas that they’re welcome to request a different position if they are tired of one and I do my best to accommodate. Hopefully they can give you a break and put someone else there.

My store is DT only. We really only have 2 people on DTO/DTR and a warming for peak, most of the time it's solo DTO/DTR/warming but we try to help each other out. When we close it's usually just 2-3 of us including a shift. It's stressful for me too 😵

Honest question then. The other morning my ssv made me dto and window no biggie then she also made me do my own warming and do drive bar with no support as I’m drowning and my coworkers have like no mobile orders or cafe orders is this normal?
