while i was forced to self isolate along with half of my store my DM was making sure none of us were using our markouts out of respect for other baristas. isolation means you’re supposed to be staying home. there is a way for them to look and see if you’ve been visiting stores. i’d highly advise you don’t.

The partners who are quarantining should be staying at home, but I don't believe you can refuse service to the parents. Generally speaking, parents cannot collect markouts, but I would let them in this situation to be kind to those who are isolating but also doing the right thing but not coming in.
I also don't think it's something ypoi u can police, in general. Maybe enough had to isolate that the store got shut down, but not EVERY partner worked with the sick one(s) so you may have to assume positive intent. Just do the best you can to protect yourself (gloves, wash your hands thoroughly after interacting with them, shut the window while waiting, etc).
We had a customer TELL US HE TESTED POSITIVE and so my ssv asked him not to return until he was well. I called the dm to see if we should isolate the window partner who served him. The dm consulted legal and they said it wasn't mandatory since the CDC defines exposure as being within six feet of an infected person for ten minutes. Since they were separated by the dt, both were wearing masks, and the interaction was maybe five minutes at most, isolation was not required.
They also said if the man came back (thankfully he didn't), that we needed to serve him with the above precautions. I would imagine thats what would happen if this were reported to your upper leadership, but someone should make them aware just in case. If those were my partners, I would kindly remind them that they are to be isolating and not visiting public spaces.
