a lady once asked me if i could make a hot frappuccino and i think about it at least once a day. i am forever haunted. i hope she's doing okay.

Oh my god, I once has a lady ask for a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino but hot. I explained that that wasn't a thing but she insisted so I gave her a caramel latte with 2 extra pumps of caramel. She tasted it and said it needed more sweetness, I'm like no problem, frappes are sweet I'll add more. Do this 2 more times and, no joke, 10 pumps later (in addition to the 6 we started with for her grande latte) and she's like I guess this will do

whenever people ask for a caramel crunch latte and want it hot we just do a latte w dark caramel and then whip, caramel drizzle and crunchie topping. we kinda just mimic whatever the frappuccino was

had a lady come up to the drive through and say she wanted a “caramel” i asked her if she wanted it hot iced or blended and she then told me she’s allergic to ice. She then proceeds to start fighting with me because i don’t know her order but ____ starbucks does and all that. Turns out she wants a frappuccino i explain that there is ice in that and she told me that she is allergic to it. Finally she gets up the window and i give her the drink and she tells me “i wait until it gets warm to drink it” i don’t think i’ve ever been more confused and disgusted

Once a customer claimed she was allergic to paper & plastic & demanded that we give her a ceramic mug to drink out of (my store doesn't have any ceramic mugs). Then she proceeded to eat a coffee cake with a plastic fork on top of a paper bag

i get so many “s’more frappuccinos but can you make them hot” requests it makes me wanna cry like at least i can try and explain that a hot mocha frapp is basically(??) a mocha latte but SMORES?!
