My last shift before I got sick a customer order a venti cafe vanilla no iceπ€·πΎββοΈ I blended it put it into a cup and topped it off... the guy was as confused as I .... he said why isn't it thick ? π€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈ

so i asked a guy about this when he came in and he said "thats an error. I did not say double." i dunno what to think anymore

Nah the "double" would always refer to the total amount of shots. i.e. if someone ordered 5 shots over ice it would show up on the sticker as an iced quad with "5 shots" printed underneath the drink name.
