There’s not much to prepare, they don’t expect you to know anything about Starbucks really so don’t worry about that. No one I’ve met has ever had previous experience either! Think of some good customer service stories because they’ll ask you that, if you don’t have any then just use a personal story.

Ask what your expected job would be, see if the bring up like CS, Bar, POS & warming, DT. How do they feel about the environment at that specific store? What do they like about working there?

Since I was fresh out of Highschool when I got my job my manager asked about what leaderships skill I learned from being in organizations and how I could apply that.

If you got an interview that means they want to hire you just based off you app and resume, so just be calm and you’ll get it.

Hey! So out of the specific job sections what is CS?

It’s what we call customer support, they go around and restock what’s needed through out the shift, they make whips and caramel drizzles. they also wash dishes, usually like at the end of the mid shift and during closing shift.
