The Covid check in is for you to double check how you’re feeling. It won’t kick you out or not allow you to clock in. It’s just an evaluation you take of yourself before you go on the floor. If you check no to every/anything, you still need to share that with your shift and communicate the symptoms you have and they will decide if you can stay or should leave. Your shifts should be validating and signing off on your temp anyways so they should be present or close if/when you’re doing the Covid check in. The actual app though won’t do anything. It’s literally just so you can evaluate yourself. You need to actually communicate with your leaders what’s going on with you.

Okay, I think it’s just allergies as I’m in a low covid area. But I do know the questionnaire will tell you whether or not you should stay and work.

And yes if you check something and it says you shouldn’t work, you still need to have the conversation with your shift. An explanation with your shift about allergies is different from Covid symptoms is all I’m trying to explain. They’ll keep you or send you hone! So use it as a guide and just have that conversation :) hope that makes sense!
