My GM yesterday was dealing with a customer at the window at peak who said she was a partner. Then proceeded to order three drinks and food at the window and said she forgot her partner numbers....

why do managers do this...they’re literally the ones who have any authority yet still let customers bullshit their way into free things constantly. making us look like we’re in the wrong
