Caramel cloud:
Hot: milk in pitcher according to size, 1/2/3/4 scoops of cloud powder accordingly.
Vanilla syrup in cup, 1/2/2/2
Shots on top, caramel drizzle
Iced:
Milk to 100/150/200 (t/g/v) in cold foam pitcher with 2/3/4 scoops of cloud powder and 1/2/2 pumps of vanilla, blend on 3.
Pour in cup, add ice, shots on top, caramel cross hatch.
Cocoa clouds are the same, except sub toffee nut for vanilla and add 2 circles of mocha drizzle after caramel drizzle.
The mocha cookie is the same as a java chip (or double chocolate chip, if it’s a chocolate cookie crumble- the creme versions ) but with whipped cream and mocha drizzle on the bottom as well. And cookie crumbles on top.
Honey cold foam:
Nonfat milk, 2 pumps of honey blend and salt, blend.
Nothing in the actual cold brew, then add the honey topping in a line on the top of the cold foam.
