What is that score even based off of? What is it out of? Ours is 44 right now, but like what’s the highest is could be?

They send out surveys randomly to a few customers after seeing they stopped at your store. Its a survey of a few questions and they rate it 1-7 with 7 being best. The store score is out of 100, but they count most things that aren’t 7 as zero so it’s pretty rigged.

the score is the percent of people who ranked it as 7 so a 42 means 42% of people surveyed responded to the “my barista got to know me” question with a 7

What I’ve been told for 2 years is that the surveys are only offered to gold card holders, but they are offered randomly. I don’t use my app enough to get one but my manager does and has gotten several.
It just sucks because I dunno about y’all but the gold card holders are some of the worst customers in my experience. At my store they’re mostly older folks. They are entitled as hell and if I hear “WeLl iN sEaTtLe” one more time...

It's possible that that changed when the rewards system changed. There's really no gold card anymore.
