As far as sharpies go definitely have spares with you, I’ve had 4 get borrowed and never get given back or they’ve just straight up disappeared while I was on a break. I would wait until you are clocked in to put on your apron and you should be taking it off anytime you’re not actually on the floor, I’m bad about doing that for my 10 though, I just forget I have it on honestly. But it’s good practice to take it off for breaks, trash runs and bathroom breaks
