Capitalism encourages companies to minimize what They pay workers and maximise the labor they get out of them. Unfortunately, there's not much we individually can do about it. You will likely be dismissed if you ask for better pay, and you risk losing your job if you reduce your productivity.

The only way for us to fight back against a system that takes our labor and gives it to rich parasites is to organize. Organizations like labor unions are an incredible tool in the fight against systemic opression.
