Beans are good for a week after the bag is opened, so unless there were expired beans there wouldn't be any to take home. If you take product home with you that's theft and it's not worth risking your job over it.

If they were expiring that night, I wouldn’t care. If they weren’t expired, then it’s technically theft and it wouldn’t matter how mad I was.

No one will care, just don’t make it a habit.
