the worst part is dutch bros (a west coast coffee chain) sells steamed cold brew. yes, steamed cold brew.

Just because it’s called cold brew doesn’t mean it can’t be hot or that it’s not cold brew once steamed. It’s cold brew because of the brewing process and is actually less acidic than normal brewed coffee which is easier on some that are sensitive to acidity. Really smooth tasting too. Still a funny meme though.
