Former partner, US210**** concerned about former DM (self.starbucksbaristas)

Like the title says, I’m a former partner. My old coworkers are freaking out because the DM is planning on forcing them to open up the seating in their lobby. We are in a state with rising cases, and I can’t imagine that this is a company wide policy. Is there anything I, now promoted to customer can do? Or that my friends who are still ruled by the siren can do?

If you or any of your friends can get in touch with their Regional Manager, theyre the next level up from the DM and that much closer to the fist of corporate. Im not sure if theres a way to look that up, but the SM (or any SM in the district) should be able to get you their contact info.
And with your powers as a customer, you can actually help them a lot. You can call corporate and tell them you heard about a possibility of in lobby seating being reopened in your district, and youre concerned, etc etc. If you can get your non-sbucks friends/family to as well, and make it clear your concern isn't just a one off, corporate will pay attention.
