My SM and shift lead want me to become a Barista Trainer, what all is involved with that? Obviously I get to train the new beans, but is there any pay raise or bonus or something like that??

There is a bonus. I think it’s $65. Your trainee needs to finish all of their computer work and your manager needs to input it manually, so if you don’t see it, give them a reminder
