My once high volume store is VERY slow now. We went from making $2000 a day to barely making $200. So if anyone wants to drop recipes to drinks I can annoy my co-workers into trying, please do. I've already exhausted our milk budget trying latte art lol (my manager is encouraging experiments bc otherwise our ingredients will just expire before they can be used)

It’s probably common knowledge but try making a cinnamon dolce cream with cinnamon powder and brown sugar and it’ll actually taste like churro

$2000 per day is high volume? We do $6K-$8.5k a day and it feels slow in comparison to before Covid.

I'm a college campus store with no drive thru in a downtown with no foot traffic

Ah ok

espresso & milk foamed together to make that whipped coffee!

Cup of water. It’s not on the app and cannot be pre-ordered.

Florida, Beach, Open Air Mall, Golf Cart Friendly Area, Drive Thru Store.
I’d say a good 25% of our orders include “a cup of water” no size, lid preference, ice/no ice; and more than half of those aren’t done until they pull up to the window.

Honestly have you had people order the cotton candy water
EasternEngineer43 points3y ago
Personally, twice. Both time they were on golf carts. We ring it up as a Venti custom tea, no base, Add Vanilla Syrup, and Raspberry Syrup. 😁

Start experimenting with blended strawberry lemonades! A favorite we made was a blended strawberry lemonade with some raspberry and vanilla bean powder. Or make one with a splash of peach or guava. They’re one of my favorites to make stuff with because literally no one orderes them

Okay also you can make butter. Like legit butter. Heavy cream and some salt packets in the cold foam blender and blend it for a really long time.

Strawberry and Cream frappuccino (assume it's a Grande, adjust portions accordingly) Add 3 pumps White Mocha sauce Add 1.5 pumps Cinnamon Dolce Add a tiny bit of heavy cream (optional) Ice and base, blend, top with whip and graham cracker bits
Voila, Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino

Try a cheese danish warmed and topped with cinnamon dolce sprinkles and caramel drizzle. Tasted like a Cinnabon

Going way out of the way but sounds heavenly!!!!

Vanilla bean frap with coconut milk and some strawberry puree. Also the nitro with cinnamon oat foam but double the cinnamon, add vanilla to the cup, and add a shot in it.
GreatWizardH0wl [OP]3 points3y ago
We don't carry oat milk or nitro but it sounds awesome. I'll just have to find a store that does.

Blonde doppio over ice in a tall cup with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top! Sooo good and not too sugary
siayasha1 points2y ago
Basic secret menu drink, but a strawberry cheesecake frappucino! it’s just a strawberry frappe, with two pumps of cinnamon dolce (for a grande, 1 for a tall), the caramel crunch pieces shaken into the frappucino before its blended, then whip cream, strawberry purée and graham cracker topping on it! It’s pretty sweet, so I would not make anything bigger than a grande.

I personally get Venti Water, 1oz Berry Base, No Ice, Extra Water, Nitro Lid. But then I’m diabetic and the water here is crap even with a filter.

Enjoy your recipes!! But also please donate your unused product! Please :D
GreatWizardH0wl [OP]3 points3y ago
We aren't allowed to donate anything at all in our location even before covid (my boss broke this rule to donate our milk before it went bad but you didn't hear this from me), plus our products are expired, not just past the fresh by date, because of how long we were shut down.
Edit: I'm a licenced store, not a partner store if that matters
jdsalingersdog1 points3y ago
I hear you. I definitely wouldn't do this & you didn't hear it from me-- but take the product & bring it to people who need it. Maybe call local spots. Maybe talk to your SM & DM. This is some of the easiest to fix (not by baristas but in general) issues of our time & country. Shite, it really grinds my gears.
ilovebrandonj3 points3y ago
A lot of places stopped taking things due to covid from what i’ve heard :/
