I love just hitting the extra hot button when I get anything above 160. I laugh a little inside watching them walk off thinking I heated their milk to 300 degrees like they requested. When in reality they won’t know the difference and I’m not risking burning myself for a drink they won’t even be able to taste anytime soon

I don’t even think we are supposed to heat it that much, as it poses a risk to the steam wand or something like that? I don’t understand why people want it that hot anyways....

honestly i have no idea??? i feel like there should be a max on drink temp. bc lord knows how many times ive burned my hands with peoples 190 drinks 😭

I think there is, but you know we always do what’s asked 🙃. Love going past 150 and having scalding hot milk boiling over and getting over everything.
