Has anyone else handed off a drink in drive through and the customer spills it on theirselves? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I handed a drink out and she took it from me and it hit the the top of her car and spilt all over her. It was coffee. I just started so is this a normal thing? Or do i just have bad luck?

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve handed out a drink and the customer hits it on the top of their car. Luckily I haven’t had any bad spills yet.

Our drive-thru doesn't have a very large overhang over the window, so when it's raining people open the window like 4 inches and then spill their drink turning it sideways lmao

Had a guy snatch his macchiato out of my hand and he squished the cup when he did so it splashed out the top and the sides on him n I think he was embarrass. he just drove away. n I said hell yea brother u deserve it
